You will work collaboratively with notable clients to implement large scale digital transformations, helping to match the right people, to the right work, at the right time.

You will be primarily responsible for managing the delivery of ProFinda engagements according to agreed upon scope, time and budget. Key to this role will be the timely resolution of issues and project roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction. Expectation is for management of concurrent projects at any one time.

In this position you will:

  • Communicate the progress of the project, achieve scheduled milestones and maintain strong momentum for all deliveries.
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings assessing, documenting and communicating effectively risks, issues, actions and decisions for customers, steering committees and for internal consumption.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and responsibility for delivery of key project deliverables (project plan, issue logs, test plan, cutover plan, etc).
  • Identify opportunities to offer other product or service offerings during the lifetime of the delivery cycle and communicate to wider ProFinda stakeholders.
  • Manage customer escalations to a positive outcome through facilitating the resolution of issues and roadblocks.

  • Support the transition of the customer from delivery into BAU Customer support.

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Experienced project manager with 7+ years of proven success - managing projects, schedules, scope, budgets, risk mitigation, issue resolution and resources.
  • Proven experience in implementing B2B Cloud/SaaS software into Enterprise customers - particularly experience of the Big 4 Accounting firms and large Professional Services organisations would be a bonus.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about solving business problems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation and client management.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity to define process and methodology to help achieve project success.
  • Experience contributing to the formation of a PMO function to create best practice methodology and documentation for use by delivery teams would be advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-reliant and keen to build own knowledge and skills autonomously.
  • Experience of supporting pre-sales activities such as providing scoping and level of effort analysis would be a bonus.

What else would be great:

  • Experience of using Jira and confluence.
  • PMP / Prince2 certification.
