Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead product development projects within our UK operations, focusing on our sites in Oxford and Bellshill. These projects will encompass our portfolio of enzymes, nucleic acids, next-generation sequencing and oligonucleotides.

In this role, you will direct a diverse range of projects, each with unique challenges and opportunities. Your work will span multiple functional areas, including divisions, business functions, and sites. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to a project team based across our UK locations.

You will be part of a group that thinks outside the box to identify and promote areas of improvement in practices and approaches within R&D and the wider organisation. You will generate budgets for complex projects, challenge assumptions on time, costs, and risks to optimise project delivery, and ensure compliance with key industry standards and relevant accreditations. Additionally, you will prepare for and support internal and external quality and financial audits, acting as a guardian of quality.

Qualifications

To succeed with us, we seek a seasoned project manager with robust expertise in Molecular Biology and a proven understanding of Quality Management Systems. Your ability to ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements will be essential.
