Job Description

Position Highlights:

  • Role: Senior D365 Project Manager – Finance - F&SCM
  • Locations: Offices include Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, and London. The role can be based in any of the above locations.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid office working ensuring flexibility - Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, London & Surrounding and Belfast

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager - D365 F&SCM, you'll be at the forefront of our AI Business Solutions pillar, leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in delivering high-profile ERP D365 projects .

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
  • Deliver assigned projects in line with established KPIs
  • Understand and articulate the scope of each project to which you are assigned
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using established tools and processes e.g., DevOps
  • Time estimating – ensure the estimated date of completion is accurate
  • Cost estimating – ensure the estimated cost to complete is accurate
  • Management of project budgets
  • Managing Risks and Issues (RAID logs per project)
  • Monitoring progress and reporting on it via agreed channels and to established timelines
  • Participate in pre-sales engagements to develop high-quality sales proposals
  • Proactively deliver solutions to problems, as opposed to simply highlighting them.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Seasoned experience in a similar role, working on delivery of D365/ERP Projects
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Managing budgets of 1M +
  • Strong working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II - certification desirable
  • Experience delivering projects with Waterfall / Agile Methodologies.
