We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Project Manager to join our Brand team at RY, working across campaigns, branding and employee experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of an award-winning independent creative agency, delivering meaningful work for ambitious brands.

At RY, Project Management sits at the heart of everything we do. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be instrumental in keeping work flowing smoothly through the agency, building strong client relationships, and helping teams do their best work.

You’ll lead the delivery of complex brand and campaign projects from brief to launch, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard, while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

What you’ll do

  •  Manage end-to-end delivery of branding, campaign and employee experience projects working with creative, strategy, film and digital teams
  • Own planning, timelines, statement of works, budgets and resourcing, proactively managing risk and change
  • Build trusted client relationships, confidently advising on scope, timings and budgets
  • Champion commercial awareness, tracking profitability and ensuring accurate billing
  • Support and mentor project managers, contributing to a strong, supportive PM community
  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working across the agency

Requirements

  • Strong experience delivering large-scale brand, campaign and employee experience  work in a creative or communications agency
  • Proven ability to build strong client and team relationships and support long-term client growth
  • Confidence managing budgets, timelines and stakeholders at all levels
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach and a natural ability to bring teams together
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive mindset
  • A genuine passion for producing great work
