We are currently looking for a HR Senior Project and Program Manager to join our team.

Mission:

The HR Senior Project and Program Manager plays a pivotal role within the HR PMO, overseeing the successful management and delivery of projects across the HR portfolio, including Merger, Acquisition and Divestment initiatives. Key to success will be reinforcing the project governance structure for the HR organization to ensure that projects are properly planned and structured for success with clearly defined work parameters, management tools, and articulated roles and responsibilities for key stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Manage small- to-medium sized projects of low-to-moderate complexity in the PMO portfolio, ensuring that they contribute positive business value and meet agreed on scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Work independently with guidance from PMO leader as required.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Ability to solve complex problems and recommends and implements the solution.
  • Adhere to and enhance the HR PMO project management methodology, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.

Program Management

  • Tracks status of program deliverables and milestones.  Where applicable, works alongside with the User Adoption Specialist in ensuring successful adoption of the program lifecycle and deliverables.
  • Handles program level risk and issue coordination and the coordination of the regular project and program level reporting cycles.
  • Coordination of program governance arrangements, post program reviews, and program level workshops.

Merger, Acquisitions and Divestments

  • Manage all aspect of HR due diligence activities, including but not limited submitting/ responding to HR due diligence questions list, dependencies across other tracks, coordination with internal HR Center of Excellence leads, engaging internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Deal Team, outside counsels, personnels from target company or buyer, etc.).
  • Oversee integration activities following the M&A due diligence phase, from signing and closing to onboarding acquired employees into HR systems such as Workday, Payroll, and other related platforms.

Operational Excellence

  • Assists or leads process improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Masters of Business Administration preferred

Experience

  • Minimum four years of experience
  • Management consulting experience preferred
  • HR experience preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications

Minimum

  • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
  • Excellent prioritization, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Upholds confidentiality and demonstrates sound judgment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office; expertise in PMI (PMBOK), Agile, and project scheduling.

Preferred

  • PMP Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification

Travel requirements: 15 - 20% - International or Domestic (depending on project requirements).
