Contract - 18-24months

We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead and orchestrate large-scale, multi-team delivery programs. In this role, you will drive complex delivery initiatives, build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders, and ensure program alignment with strategic business goals.

This position requires an onsite presence at least 2–3 days per week in the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-stream delivery teams to execute complex programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, presenting status updates, strategic roadmaps, and decision frameworks.
  • Establish robust program governance, track progress, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain alignment on delivery goals and standards.

Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and orchestrating multiple cross-functional delivery teams recently.
  • Experience serving clients in the Manufacturing or Automotive industries is preferred.
  • Expert capability in engaging, influencing, and communicating with senior and C-suite leaders.
  • Ability to work onsite at least 2–3 days a week.
  • Deep knowledge of program governance, risk mitigation, financial tracking, and hybrid/Agile methodologies.
