Senior Program Manager

London, UK (Collab), Remote

How you’ll lead:

  • Drive program roadmap for our Global Media and Online Marketing (GMOM) initiatives, identify key strategic decisions to be made by yourself and GMOM Leadership Team, and create delivery plans for large cross-functional team across all phases of planning from concept to launch
  • Provide guidance to a team of PMs across the various functions of GMOM to follow a unified framework of process and planning that you will lead in crafting in partnership with cross functional leads
  • Effectively and clearly communicate program information that encompass our various owned channel marketing, paid media marketing, martech, and engineering to various levels across the organization, including senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management globally across several functional teams and business partners to ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote diverse thinking and viewpoints for program success
  • Proactively identify critical issues and dependencies that need action and guide them to a solution, while considering business needs to help team leads prioritize resourcing and projects
  • Influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations to deliver the optimal outcome of complex programs
  • Utilize knowledge to enhance current processes, identify areas for improvement, and guide the implementation of those recommendations

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for large-scale business systems and/or complex software development initiatives from kick-off to market delivery
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, design and process analyses, Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum and Kanban, and Program Management Methodologies to implement the right practice for the programs
  • Effective leadership to prioritize assignments to meet required deadlines, craft action and program plans, identify gaps and risks to put in place and share communication plans
  • Critical thinking to identify all related pieces of the program and projects across several business units, how they fit together and can solve routine and complicated problems effectively
  • Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences, presenting program objectives, strategic outcomes, escalations and relevant success criteria for timely decisions and issue resolution
  • Collaborate effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across global business units with various teams
  • Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and people management skills while bringing clarity, calmness and process to ambiguous, high-pressure situations
  • Expert level experience with JIRA and ability to build custom dashboards to measure progress and risks
  • Experience in mentoring junior team member and contributing to the continued improvement of the larger program and project management teams within GMOM
