Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Project Controls function within our Global Design & Construction org. In this role you will work closely with our construction teams across the portfolio, and be at the centre of how we evolve our delivery, reporting, and innovation approach on Equinix construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio level improvement initiatives by defining objectives, developing strategic roadmaps, monitoring implementation, and taking on all aspects of stakeholder communication

  • Manage the evaluation, selection, and adoption of project controls related technology on our construction portfolio

  • Support the development of project delivery models & reporting mechanisms

  • Support the development of construction productivity tracking initiatives and methodology

  • Work effectively within the matrix org to align diverse teams and drive decisions by influencing without direct authority

  • Proactively drive initiatives to implementation and close-out, ensuring feedback is gathered to support continuous improvement

  • Be a lead contributor to the future direction and evolution of project controls at Equinix. Proactively contribute expertise and engage with stakeholder to drive fit-for-purpose project controls solutions

Qualifications

  • A degree in construction or another technical field, or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record of Program Management experience at construction portfolio level, preferably within the data center industry

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience of trialling & implementing new technology in construction / project controls would be advantageous

  • Experience of hands on project management and delivery would be advantageous

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
• California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $150,000 to $224,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
