About the Opportunity ✍️

In this role, you will be joining the Product Operations team. Our team works directly with product management, engineering, and cross-functional business teams on the company’s top priority initiatives.

Product Operations is responsible for building strong connections with user-facing teams (e.g. customer experience, partnership), ensuring a tight product feedback loop, and coordinating high quality launches.

The team is deeply rooted in customer empathy using MoonPay products and leverages data insights to help set strategy and direction.

What you will do

* Drive top company priority product & policy launches and global rollouts (in partnership with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance and others).

*Partner with our Enterprise team and Partners to collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. Uplevel the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world and create a feedback flywheel to drive continuous improvement

* Own project delivery, keeping multiple, complex roadmaps moving at the same time and landing on schedule.

* Own product launch readiness to ensure that our Partners and user-facing teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new products & policies.

* Develop scalable processes & tools and share your thought leadership on how to run efficient launches at MoonPay.

* Build partnerships, design feedback loops, and create coordination points with regional go-to-market and product teams.

About You

* Experience: You bring 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or strategic consulting, ideally within the Crypto or Fintech industries

* Analytical Problem Solver: You excel at leveraging data to identify the impact, scale, and root causes of complex issues, using this insight to build compelling narratives and drive actionable solutions.

* Customer-Centric: You are deeply passionate about improving customer and partner experiences, with a keen focus on refining processes and addressing pain points to optimize the overall journey

* Exceptional Communicator: You are skilled at clearly articulating complex ideas and strategies, effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners, both verbally and in writing.

* Ownership & Leadership: You are passionate about streamlining complex programs, mentoring high performers, and taking full end-to-end ownership of your work, ensuring successful outcomes.

What you will need…

* 3-5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches and rollouts

* Knowledge of crypto ecosystems, payment processing, and related regulatory landscapes, with the ability to translate this understanding into effective product launch strategies and user support workflows.

* Ability to analyze data, quantify challenges, and drive improvements in key business metrics

* Experience partnering with diverse teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.) to achieve shared goals

* Skill in creating scalable processes and ensuring user-facing teams are prepared for new product launches

* Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively resolve complex issues
