About the role

Assist the Head of with leading the Product Portfolio function in product lifecycle coordination and product performance analysis for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. The Product Portfolio team is responsible for the supervision of Charlotte Tilbury’s entire product assortment. This function is uniquely positioned to interact regularly with a wide variety of departments beyond NPD including Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance. This role offers the opportunity to interface with global and regional stakeholders at various levels of the organisation, including Senior Leadership, and have direct impact on key business decisions and the company’s long-term strategy.

As Senior Product Portfolio Manager you will

Product Portfolio Strategy

Support the Product Portfolio team with performance analysis to inform key business decisions, contribute to shaping the future portfolio architecture with clear and actionable insights as a data driven expert of our assortment. Lead in collaboration with Head Of sizing process and guidance across all our new product launches to help drive strategic calendar discussions and CPA planning working cross functionally with Product Marketing, NPD Managers and Finance.

NPD Forecasting

Contribute to managing the end-to-end NPD forecasting process (both retail and non-retail), responsible for maintenance of NPD Forecasting Calendar balancing deadlines, teams workload and pre-empting possible risks. Assist Head of with leading regular Forecasting Forums to present NPD to all regional teams globally, oversee forecast consolidation and presentation of global overview challenging teams where required to sign off ambition with Senior Leadership; responsible for tracking actions and follow ups across all stakeholders. Proactive management of Sampling formats forecast.

Product Portfolio Management: Supervise the coordination of the full product portfolio including maintenance of related key business documents. Provide cross functional support on other priority business initiatives and systems implementation where product lifecycle input is required. Direct management of Product Portfolio Coordinator and PD and Portfolio PDM Administrator.

About you

Data driven decision maker, required advanced numerical, analytical, and data manipulation skills

Extensive knowledge of the Beauty Industry, able to evaluate trends and category benchmarks

Commercial, demand planning, strategy or marketing background preferred

Outstanding organisational skills, experience with project management/CPA management, proactive and comfortable taking ownership

Proven track record leading teams and working across multiple functions

Ability to multi-task, particularly under pressure

Accuracy and thoroughness and attention to detail

Clear and confident communicator, able to extract actionable insights and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, excellent presentation skills

Knowledge of MS Office systems, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, preferred experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Looker
