Job DescriptionOur team builds and provides CyberArk's Secure Workload Access solution. The team’s mission is to solve workload identity and authentication problems our customers face, and to secure workload communication while practicing the highest security standards and providing the best possible user experience.
We are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Owner (PO) to join us in our journey to provide a great product to our customers.
CyberArk’s PO, a member of the R&D development team, is responsible for filling the gap between market need and the end product. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge, the PO accompanies the entire development process, starting with the planning phase through to the development and testing process, to a successful release to our customers. The PO works closely with Development, Product Management, User Experience, Technical Writers, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Product Management to define the problems to solve and partner with the Development team to develop the solution to those problems.
- Collaborate with the User Experience team to design a great customer experience.
- Work with the Documentation team to ensure that all features get adequate documentation.
- Support Field and Customer Support enablement so that they can work well with our customers, and we can gather feedback from them.
- Be a leader in the engineering team, helping all team members be successful and grow, and helping build a great environment and culture.
- Working with other leaders in the team to improve processes so that all needs are considered and we build the best product that we can.

Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst/product owner/product manager/product or solutions architect/lead engineer, in the software industry.
- Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
- Specific experience with at least some of OIDC, OAuth, X.509, SPIFFE, Kubernetes, Secrets Managers, or Authorization Policy.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with many different functions, specifically including R&D managers, architects, and Product Managers.
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
