About Incard

Incard’s mission is to build the financial operating system for entrepreneurs.

We are focused on creating a system where business banking, financial tools, and application logic are coordinated into a single control layer.

Through the app store, entrepreneurs and developers can build industry-specific functionality as their business evolves.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner (UX) who operates like a mini-CEO of their product vertical.

You’ll own an entire product area end-to-end — from problem discovery and UX thinking to execution, quality, and iteration. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX, and delivery, with daily exposure to senior leadership.

This role is ideal for someone with strong UX instincts, excellent execution discipline, and a true builder mindset — someone who takes full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

What You’ll DoOwn a Product Vertical End-to-End
  • Act as the founder of your feature area, with full ownership over scope, quality, and results

  • Own your roadmap with clarity, focus, and simplicity

  • Shape zero-to-one features before engineering teams scale in

Product Strategy & Discovery
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and partner/vendor calls

  • Define product scope, flows, architecture, and success metrics

  • Make sharp prioritisation decisions to maximise impact and reduce noise

UX & Design Leadership
  • Work closely with designers during early discovery, ideation, and problem exploration

  • Shape user journeys, prototypes, and product concepts through rapid iteration

  • Ensure every experience is intuitive, simple, and aligned with Incard’s design principles

  • Own design QA and maintain a very high bar for polish and usability

Execution & Delivery
  • Write clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and tickets

  • Support engineers during development with fast decisions and clarifications

  • Run daily standups with your squad

  • Own triage: distinguish quick wins from long-term backlog items

  • Manage post-launch iterations and continuous improvement

Quality & Cross-Functional Ownership
  • UAT features end-to-end before go-live

  • Work closely with QA to ensure reliability and consistency

  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and customer-facing teams

  • Create clear internal documentation for new features

  • Support hiring and help shape your future squad

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or UX-led Product roles

  • Strong UX mindset with excellent taste for simplicity, clarity, and clean interfaces

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery in small, fast-moving teams

  • Ability to produce clear specs, flows, documentation, and well-structured tickets

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one execution

  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through

  • Strong communication skills with design, engineering, and leadership

Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial products

  • Background as a product designer or UX researcher

  • Comfort understanding APIs, data flows, or technical constraints

  • Experience building products from scratch in a startup environment

Mindset We Look For
  • Mini-CEO mentality — you own outcomes, not just deliverables

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability

  • Low-ego, highly collaborative team player

  • Sharp product taste and instinct for great UX

  • Efficiency-driven — small squads, clear scope, fast execution

  • Startup DNA — bias to action, fast iteration, no bureaucracy

Benefits:
  • Competitive cash-based compensation

  • Incard stock options

  • 25 days of paid time off per year, plus bank holidays and your birthday off

  • Global health insurance and unlimited paid sick leave
