Senior Product Owner - Integrations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly dynamic, self-starter Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic B2B SaaS company. As a Senior Product Owner - Integrations, you will play a crucial role in delivering the product roadmap for our portfolio of connectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product leadership, to define and prioritize features and enhancements that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and integration requirements, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Product Leadership, you will translate the product's overall vision and priorities into an effective strategy and roadmap which is relevant to the connectors and integrations area, in alignment with the company's overall goals and customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to gather product requirements and feedback.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are properly defined, documented, estimated and planned by achieving a great balance between delivering new functionality and maintaining existing ones.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.
  • Facilitate and lead regular cross-functional meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demos.
  • Collaborate with the technical writers team on documenting new and existing functionality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience and track record of delivering products as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on integration projects.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS products and their target audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a globally distributed team.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira or Trello.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and agile development processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Ideally, you also bring the following skills

  • Experience with product analytics and digital adoption platforms like Pendo, Userpilot, Userflow, etc.
  • Confidence with product management and roadmaps tools
