We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our team in Poland.

Our customer is one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The company's diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Owner to join our team and bond business and technical stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the digital marketing and consumer goods sector, who can guide product development, and bridge the gap between business strategy and AI/machine learning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Product Owner for initiatives combining digital marketing with AI and machine learning solutions
  • Drive the roadmap and direction of the work, aligning priorities with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, shape, and prioritize use cases.
  • Communicate effectively with ML/AI development teams and external agencies delivering advanced solutions.
  • Ensure marketing and media strategies are data-driven and performance-focused.
  • Bring innovative thinking to help us stay ahead in a fast-changing landscape.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, track project progress, and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Leverage tools such as BigQuery (experience with it is a plus) to support decision-making and data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in media, search, and digital marketing; experience in consumer goods is highly preferable.
  • Proven ability to operate as a Product Owner, owning the full product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with machine learning / AI concepts and ability to manage vendors or teams delivering ML-based solutions.
  • Skilled in communicating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — trusted to engage with business teams and guide strategic decisions.
  • A mindset for innovation, problem-solving, and “thinking outside the box.”
  • Experience with BigQuery or similar tools is a strong plus.

We offer*:

  • Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
  • A competitive salary and good compensation package
  • Personalized career growth
  • Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)
  • Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing
  • Education reimbursement
  • Memorable anniversary presents
  • Corporate events and team buildings
  • Other location-specific benefits

*not applicable for freelancers
