About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring that product development stays aligned with our roadmap. You’ll be responsible for scoping requirements, managing feature prioritization, and resolving roadblocks, all while keeping a strong customer-first mindset. Your work will directly impact thousands of customers globally, making this a high-visibility role with significant influence on the company’s success.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and drive the Hosting Customer Panel, ensuring it aligns with the company’s roadmap and strategic goals 
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and infrastructure teams to deliver new features and improvements 
  • Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, ensuring clear communication and expectations across teams 
  • Prioritise and define features that enhance usability, customer satisfaction, and business value 
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational roadblocks, ensuring seamless execution of product initiatives 
  • Continuously monitor and analyse customer feedback to drive iterative improvements and ensure we stay ahead of customer needs
  • Maintain a strong focus on UI/UX, working closely with designers to create an intuitive and engaging user experience 
  • Align the panel’s development with global brand requirements, ensuring it can serve multiple markets and customer segments 
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to ensure the panel supports upselling opportunities, feature adoption, and customer engagement 

What You’ll Need 

  • 3+ of professional experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a SaaS, hosting, or web-based platform environment 
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional development teams
  • Expert ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English through ALL utilized channels (email, live chat, and phone) 
  • Experience in managing a customer-facing product, preferably within a global business setting. 
  • Ability to define and manage a product roadmap, ensuring clear deliverables and strategic alignment 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments 
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, with a focus on improving customer experience. 
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret customer feedback and usage data to drive improvements 
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms, customer portals, or related technical environments is a plus 
  • A passion for creating seamless and scalable digital experiences that truly make a difference for customers
