About us:

Amach is an industry-leading technology driven company with headquarters located in Dublin and remote teams in UK and Europe.

Our blended teams of local and nearshore talent are optimised to deliver high quality and collaborative solutions.

Founded in 2013, Amach was created to solve a specific problem in aviation: too much complexity, too little usable intelligence. We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and Al-delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise.
Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction.

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to be embedded with our customer, a major aviation operator, providing senior strategic direction across the AMOS platform space. This is not a conventional backlog-focused role but rather a position of influence and credibility across AMOS administration, integrations, data and product management, requiring sufficient seniority to operate with gravitas across complex, multi-team programme environments. You will translate operational and business requirements into prioritised technology work while partnering with the customer's technical teams, delivery teams and senior business stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of product ownership experience on AMOS or closely comparable aviation maintenance or MRO platforms
  • Strong, demonstrable understanding of AMOS administration, AMOS integrations, data flows and data dependencies
  • Proven experience working across technical teams, delivery teams and senior business stakeholders in complex programme environments
  • Ability to understand technical detail deeply enough to lead prioritisation and stakeholder decisions, without being positioned as a pure AMOS administrator or pure integration engineer
  • Airline or aviation-domain experience is highly relevant

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Lead product direction and strategy across the AMOS platform, working with the customer's stakeholders to set priorities and challenge appropriately
  • Translate the customer's operational and business requirements into structured, prioritised technology work and roadmap decisions
  • Oversee and guide prioritisation across platform operations, integration, data and product decisions, bringing technical credibility to stakeholder conversations
  • Drive collaboration across the customer's technical teams, delivery teams and senior business leadership to deliver alignment on complex, long-running programmes
  • Manage AMOS administration, integrations and data flow dependencies to ensure solutions are technically sound and operationally viable
  • Bring structure and direction to the customer's AMOS programme, identifying dependencies and sequencing work across multiple teams

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in a senior, independent operator capacity
  • Exposure to multi-team programme delivery in the aviation sector
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory or operational constraints

What’s in it for you:

  • An opportunity to join a fast-growing company
  • Options for career advancement
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Flexible working environment
  • Competitive salaries based on experience
