About the role
The Product Operations team partners directly with our Product organization to drive programs and systems that deliver value to customers, remove friction and bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and arming leadership with insights to scale decision-making and impact.
We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Analyst who combines business acumen with the technical expertise to follow through from ideation to implementation. You will help our product organization, diagnosing inefficiencies, architecting better workflows and systems, and building the visualizations that help our Product Managers and executive leaders make better decisions faster.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Operations, this role is key to improve the operational rigor and excellence. You will help turn raw inputs into actionable insights that drive product strategy, go-to-market interlock, business performance, and customer satisfaction of our products. You will help build the tools and AI capabilities that generate these artifacts automatically. Instead of manually creating reports and artifacts, you will build self-service systems and automated workflows that allow the organization to access insights instantly.
This role orchestrates activities across the entire lifecycle of our product, including:
  • Act as a strategic partner for leaders within the Product organization, translating business goals into concrete technical requirements and operational self-service tooling that track progress and drive their business forward.

Build automations and workflows that reduce manual work and power our planning rhythm, roadmapping, and launch readiness. Know when to leverage LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, and dynamic data integration.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and rapidly build solutions to remove them, whether that's a scripted workflow, dynamic integration into a system, or an AI-driven process.
  • Engage cross-functionally with engineering, support, customer success, support, marketing, legal, pricing, product marketing, solutions engineering, and sales.
About the Department
The Product organization is made up of Product Managers who love to learn, collaborate, and solve large-scale problems. We believe that operational excellence isn't about bureaucracy; it's about removing obstacles so our teams can innovate faster.
Your work will be the engine that powers decision-making for the product portfolio. Working within the department and across functions in an inclusive, hands-on, and respectful way will be key to your success.
Desirable skills, knowledge and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in a technically oriented operational role (Product Ops, Sales Ops, Implementation Specialist, or Business Systems Analyst).
  • A "Builder" mindset: A proven track record of creating and implementing processes from 0 to 1. You have experience designing solutions, configuring systems, or developing internal tools that solve a specific business problem.
  • AI tooling: Strong proficiency in building and leveraging AI and LLM-powered tools. You don't just use GenAI; you build workflows that utilize LLMs to solve business problems. Tooling familiarity in OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, coding agents, MCP servers, and Skills.
  • Analytical tooling: Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Tableau, Looker, etc.) with the ability to answer complex business questions independently.
  • Systems fluency: Deep familiarity with the data architecture of tools like JIRA and Salesforce, understanding schemas and object relationships well enough to extract the right insights and translate it into business outcomes.
  • Business acumen: Ability to understand the strategic "why" behind the data and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
  • Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) AI tooling, agentic workflows, and scripting to modernize workflows.
