The senior, product marketing specialist role provides product line support for holistic go-to-market activities, sales enablement content development and marketing operational readiness. This position requires close interaction with product management, customer and demand marketing, global sales enablement, and corporate communications to drive market-led priorities.  Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are a must. Duties include converting technical product positioning into key messages and launching differentiated, value-based stories into the market. This individual is accountable for business results and cross-functional team participation.

For assigned product suites, this role will:

  • Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective product marketing strategy and plan to meet the business objectives, including the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers
  • Support the entire go-to-market lifecycle through the planning of net-new product launches, differentiated releases, and sunset activities
  • Understand the market and competitive landscape to competitively position assigned products and services across all content and digital channels, as well as hosted community events
  • Become an expert on our target customers and their buying criteria to author effective content for sales enablement, including collateral, presentations, and integrated product videos
  • Collect testimonials and/or case studies and identify key customer references to leverage in voice of the customer content
  • Position Travel Solutions as a thought leader in the market with customer-centric positioning and messaging targeted to segment and buying roles
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on recommended changes

Must have skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of business-to-business product marketing experience.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Experience with marketing a product(s) through unique positioning and value-based messaging and effective sales enablement tactics.
  • Team mentality with strong, proven leadership skills in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment with executive presence.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a flexible hybrid environment, (e.g., 2 days remote and 3 days per week in-person in Richmond, UK office).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and Pardot
  • Fluent in English
