We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Specialist, EMEA with a foundation in core Product marketing (PMM) disciplines to drive regional go-to-market execution, product launches, positioning, and sales enablement across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This role is perfect for a strategic marketer with a passion for storytelling, market insights, and equipping sales teams with impactful content.

Based in London, you will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive localised GTM impact by:

  • Translating Global Strategy to Local Reality: Adapting global product positioning, value frameworks, and launch plans to align with regional buying behaviors and local industry dynamics.
  • Bridging Global & Regional Teams: Serving as the strategic liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring regional market feedback directly shapes product roadmaps and global messaging.
  • Tailoring High-Impact Collateral: Refining customer-facing narratives, campaign assets, and enablement tools to drive pipeline velocity across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

Regional Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support product launches and GTM strategies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional needs.
  • Localise global marketing campaigns for key and emerging EMEA markets.
  • Optimise product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences.

Sales Enablement

  • Adapt global sales content for EMEA, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Equip sales and partners with the right messaging, competitive insights, and use cases.
  • Gather regional feedback to refine positioning and enablement strategies.

Content & Messaging

  • Tailor product messaging to resonate with EMEA customers while maintaining global consistency.
  • Work with content teams to adapt marketing assets (case studies, blogs, web pages) for the region.

Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct research on customer trends, industry shifts, and regulatory considerations in EMEA.
  • Analyse competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Share insights with global and regional teams to inform strategy.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions.
  • Proven PMM Toolkit: Demonstrated track record of owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer persona creation, and competitive battlecards from end to end.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience of clear, concise product messaging for complex technical products. Written and verbal communication required in English (business proficiency)
  • Market Knowledge: Experience launching solutions to the EMEA region. Solid understanding of enterprise buying behaviors, regulatory landscapes, and business cultures across key EMEA sub-regions.Strategic & Action-Oriented: Ability to utilise data-driven market research and performance analytics to adapt global messaging, sales enablement, and campaign assets into relevant content tailored to regional EMEA market needs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Working environment: Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in the United Kingdom. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and comprehensive healthcare coverage and financial benefits including paid time off and parental leave in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the United Kingdom is between:
£69,000£95,000 GBP
