Wolters Kluwer OneSumX for Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting is looking for an ambitious, self-driven Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join the Product Marketing team. Wolters Kluwer Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting is an award-winning, best-in-class software solution suite trusted by hundreds of banks and financial institutions worldwide.

Mission:

This global role is ideal for someone with experience in financial software solutions who can translate product capabilities into clear, compelling positioning for the market. You will be a sharp communicator who can own positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns. You’ll be involved in developing and executing go-to-market approaches and directly influence sales pipeline and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and develop strategic marketing programs and campaigns to support key, targeted priorities for Wolters Kluwer products and solutions, specifically the OneSumX solution suite for financial institutions.
  • Lead product marketing efforts, inclusive of all product and related collateral (sales enablement collateral, product videos, website copy, blog posts, and more) to drive awareness, positioning, and adoption of strategic marketing programs.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders in GTM, product management, sales, marketing, and account management to develop, execute, and define marketing program strategies, plans, and measurable goals.
  • Coordinate any industry and client research, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership development.
  • Support digital marketing, social media, and content marketing efforts.
  • Support Wolters Kluwer-hosted and industry events as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable B2B product marketing experience, ideally in financial software, RegTech, risk, or compliance markets, creating and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of financial institutions and their regulatory reporting or risk management needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify the complex, including positioning documents and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience producing content for digital marketing, sales enablement, and demand generation.
  • You’re comfortable partnering across functions, asking questions, and keeping projects moving.

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • Experience working with SaaS-based enterprise and RegTech solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with competitive research or market profiling.
