SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is predicted to cost the world $10.5 trillion annually by 2025 - we invite you to be part of the solution!
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and strategy. You will deeply know our platform, customers, and competitive landscape, and translate that awareness into clear positioning, strong product-led messaging, and effective GTM execution.

Here's how you'll make a difference:
Product & Market Expertise

  • Develop deep expertise in SoSafe’s platform, product capabilities, and underlying concepts.
Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to identify functionality, roadmap, and priorities.

  • Translate intricate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences.
    Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence

  • Own and drive end-to-end GTM strategies for products and major initiatives.
Spearhead product launches - from positioning and messaging to enablement and rollout.

  • Define clear approaches to winning versus key competitors, grounded in market and customer insight.
    Product-Led Marketing & Campaigns

  • Drive the product narrative across marketing channels in collaboration with the brand and content team, ensuring consistency between product reality and market messaging.

  • Partner with Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to shape product-led campaigns, launches, and thematic initiatives.

  • Ensure product messaging is accurately and compellingly reflected across website, campaigns, sales assets, and customer-facing content.

  • Act as the single point of accountability for “the product story” in market-facing initiatives.
    Sales & Enablement Partnership

  • Create and maintain high-quality sales and product collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives).

  • Partner with Sales and Enablement to ensure field teams are aligned, and well-equipped.
Assist a healthy enablement cadence with up-to-date messaging, assets, and launch materials.
    Customer & Competitive Intelligence

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to gather customer feedback and insights.
Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform product and GTM strategy.

  • Maintain a strong awareness of rival products, pricing, and positioning.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally working in the analytics field with platform, dashboard or insights product lines.

  • Strong product and technical acumen, with the knowledge of how to work closely with Product and Engineering.

  • Proven experience driving go-to-market strategies and launches.

  • Qualified presenter, secure in communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of how to distill intricate information into clear, structured written communication.

  • Demonstrated experience to influence cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset across messaging, campaigns, and programs.

    Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in security, privacy, compliance, or data governance software.

  • Experience contributing to competitive insight or Compete initiatives.

    What we offer*

  • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days

  • Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts

  • Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups
And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ
