About the Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The AI Growth & Partnerships Senior Product Marketing Manager is the strategic and trusted business partner responsible for effectively bridging product, sales, and marketing. You'll own the product portfolio story by creating messaging and positioning, craft go-to-market strategies, developing buyer personas, conduct market research, enable sales teams with effective tools, and managing product launches to drive adoption and revenue.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Market & Customer Understanding: In close collaboration with Customer Experience, research market trends, competitor landscapes, and develop detailed buyer personas to understand customer challenges. 

  • Product Messaging & Positioning: Defining the unique value proposition and craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. 

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute plans for new product launches, including setting goals, defining metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams. 

  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools (e.g., presentations, battle cards) and training materials for sales teams to effectively communicate product value. 

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing to develop product-focused content that highlights features and benefits. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be a connector and bridge-builder in a global, matrixed organisation. 

 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent demonstrable experience 

  • Significant demonstrable experience in Marketing, with an emphasis in Product Marketing 

  • Strong, demonstrable experience in the Marketing of SaaS/DaaS/AI products; strong affinity for and understanding of data and AI technologies/market. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, particularly with senior and technical leaders. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  

  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).  

  • Strategic thinking & data analysis 

  • Exceptional communication & storytelling 

  • Customer focus & empathy 

  • Project management

This information is only applicable to US-based candidates and the actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level and equity. Salary ranges differ by country due to various local market considerations. The US salary range does not align with the salary ranges in other countries when converted to the currency of that country.

US Annualized Base Salary Range: $130,00 - $150,000. This role is eligible for an annual performance-related bonus plan.
