SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER / LONDON / HYBRID / PERMANENT / £65,000-£80,000 PLUS BENEFITS 

About the Team / Role 

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive the adoption, growth, and success of our Mobility products and services. This strategic role involves defining product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our offerings in the market.

The role acts as the crucial link between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our solutions effectively reach and engage the right customers, leading to increased market share and revenue. The successful candidate will be recognised as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership on market trends, driving measurable business outcomes, and mentoring junior colleagues.

This position balances 40% execution with 60% strategic leadership and requires close collaboration with Product Marketing peers across EMEA, the US, and APAC to ensure global alignment and knowledge sharing.

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Mobility offerings, ensuring they are compelling, differentiated, and scalable across regions.

  • Lead the creation and execution of GTM strategies for new launches and major updates, defining audiences, objectives, and success metrics.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to shape the roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on target buyers and their journeys, using this expertise to guide both sales and marketing strategies.

  • Deliver high-impact sales enablement materials (presentations, battle cards, datasheets, case studies, training) to equip sales teams for success.

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns and channels.

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities, ensuring strategies remain cutting-edge.

  • Define and track KPIs such as adoption rates, market share, sales velocity, and customer satisfaction, using dashboards and reporting systems.

  • Analyse performance of product marketing programs and provide recommendations for optimisation.

  • Oversee creation of clear, compelling content across platforms while ensuring brand consistency.

  • Present strategies, plans, and results to senior leadership.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Experience You’ll Bring 

  • Previous proven experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B Technology, SaaS, or Financial Technology, with a strong track record in product launches and GTM execution.

  • Deep understanding of product marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, competitive analysis, and persona development.

  • Proven ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits and differentiated value propositions.

  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and program management skills, with the ability to balance vision and execution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives for technical, business, and executive audiences.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, able to lead multiple complex initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience in Financial Services; specific expertise with Cards, Payments, or Mobility solutions highly desirable.

  • Experience creating and delivering impactful sales enablement programs.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working closely with product teams.

  • Experience with market research and competitive intelligence tools.

  • Strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
