ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to own a core part of Talon. One's product narrative and bring it to market. You will turn deep product, customer and competitive insight into positioning, messaging and enablement that helps enterprise buyers understand the value of Talon.One.

This is a remote role; however, you must be based on the US East Coast, ideally within commuting distance of one of our hubs: New York, Boston, or Chicago. This role requires occasional travel, estimated at up to 20-30% of the time.

 ABOUT THE TEAM:

You will join our Product Marketing Center of Excellence, a small, senior team that owns Talon. One's product narrative and go-to-market enablement globally. Reporting to our Head of Product Marketing, you will act as the AMER anchor of the team, partnering closely with our GTM teams in AMER and product teams in Berlin as well as with Partnerships, Customer Success and the wider Marketing team across the region.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
  • Own the product narrative: Develop and evolve positioning and messaging for your product domains, ensuring a consistent, differentiated story across all channels and regions
  • Drive competitive intelligence: Build and maintain a structured competitive intelligence program, equipping Sales and leadership with actionable insights on market trends and competitor moves
  • Create sales and marketing collateral: Produce compelling assets for enterprise buyers, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards and solution briefs tailored to our focus industries: Retail and QSR
  • Partner with Product: Work closely with Product Managers to translate the roadmap into market-facing narratives and launch messaging
  • Shape ecosystem positioning: Define how Talon. One shows up alongside our technology partners, supporting joint value propositions and co-marketing narratives
  • Support the AMER go-to-market: Act as the regional product marketing counterpart for our AMER Sales and Marketing teams, adapting global narratives to local market needs (and vice versa) and supporting Sales throughout the enterprise sales cycle
  • Champion the customer and market voice: Gather insights from customers, analysts and win/loss data to sharpen our positioning and inform product strategy

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bring 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in martech, CRM, CEP, CDP, or commerce technology
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of building positioning, messaging and sales enablement for complex technical products aimed at business buyers
  • Show hands-on experience with building competitive intelligence systems, with tangible output including crafting battlecards and market analyses that sales teams actually use
  • Be fluent in enterprise software sales cycles and a track record of supporting a sales-led organization with the narratives, content and tools needed to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Translate technical product capabilities, including AI and machine learning, into clear business value
  • Showcase proficiency with diverse AI tools, proactively driving operational excellence and continuous workflow optimization
  • Operate independently as a senior individual contributor, comfortable being the sole product marketing presence in your region
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics without losing substance
  • Work effectively across time zones with distributed Product, Engineering and Marketing teams

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
  • $1,200 annual learning budget
  • Manage your own time off with our flexible PTO policy
  • $350 home office setup budget, a $50 monthly home office allowance
  • Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide
  • WeWork On-Demand access for flexible workspace solutions
  • Mental health support with nilo.health
  • Choose from top-tier Medical, Dental, and Vision plans (Blue Cross Blue Shield MA, MetLife, VSP)
  • Build your savings with our 401(k) plan, including a 100% company match on your contributions up to 4%
  • We provide 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability coverage

The estimated total compensation for this role is $163,400 - $185,000, though actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and location. The salary range is subject to change and may be adjusted at any time.

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK FOR US:

  • The right attitude: modern methods and a diverse, creative workspace with an open and international culture
  • Everyone for the product: Together we create a flexible, highly scalable product with state-of-the-art technologies. We can only succeed if everyone works as a team
  • Healthy Growth: Growing our company means growing everyone in the team. We love to share knowledge and learn
  • A great environment: Flexible and family-friendly environment, bright and easily accessible offices, modern software and hardware
  • High flexibility degree: Prefer to work early or late at night? Do you have to pick up your children from kindergarten? Do you prefer working abroad? We believe in results and motivated employees
