The Opportunity

ESW powers international ecommerce for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, helping them sell globally with confidence across checkout, compliance, payments, logistics, and customer experience. As our capabilities continue to grow, so does the opportunity to shape how the world understands and buys what we do.

We are looking for a growth minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to turn that complexity into clarity. You will define how our portfolio is packaged and launched, create solution stories that resonate with enterprise buyers, and lead a multi-product go-to-market strategy that drives real commercial results.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at a pivotal point in our growth and play a central role across product, revenue, and brand, with a visible impact on how ESW goes to market. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, telling clear stories about sophisticated technology, and seeing your work drive growth, this role offers that platform.

What You'll Own
  • Portfolio strategy & packaging: Own ESW’s portfolio structure and packaging, defining how products ladder into clear solution-led stories aligned to enterprise buyer needs and growth strategy.
  • Product launches & GTM: Lead complex, multi-product launches and orchestrate GTM execution across Product, Growth, and Brand teams, ensuring launches are supported by complete GTM kits and enablement assets.
  • Positioning & market narrative: Define and evolve ESW’s positioning and messaging across ICPs, industries, and use cases, translating complex ecommerce, logistics, and technology capabilities into clear, enterprise-ready narratives.
  • Content development: Own the development of core product marketing content, including messaging frameworks, sales decks, solution narratives, and enablement assets that support solution-led selling.
  • Revenue enablement: Partner with Sales on large, complex deals where positioning and narrative influence outcomes, and lead enablement focused on portfolio storytelling and objection handling to improve win rate and deal quality.
  • Commercial outcomes: Ensure portfolio packaging and GTM execution support measurable commercial outcomes, including win rate, deal quality, and pipeline growth.
  • Product roadmap alignment: Partner with Product leadership to influence and align the product roadmap with portfolio strategy and positioning priorities.
  • AI and tooling: Apply AI and modern tooling to accelerate product marketing workflows, including content development, insight generation, and GTM execution.
  • PMM strategy & team contribution: Partner with the Director of Product Marketing on priorities and sequencing across the roadmap and contribute to Product Marketing ways of working and best practice
What We're Looking For
  • Strong product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS, ecommerce, or technology environments
  • Proven ability to lead product launches, develop positioning, and support solution-based go-to-market strategies
  • Experience structuring and packaging complex product portfolios into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strength in storytelling, with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate value to enterprise buyers
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Brand teams
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and influencing deal outcomes through positioning and messaging
  • Comfort presenting strategy, positioning, and GTM plans to senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset, with a focus on commercial outcomes and measurable impact
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with an interest in leveraging AI and new tools to evolve how product marketing operates
