🎤 Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job!

At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people.

Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don’t replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact.

voize is backed by Ycombinator and Europe’s leading VCs, already installed in over 2.000 senior care homes and trusted by more than 200.000 users. With our self-developed voize AI, we’re transforming the healthcare industry and creating value in other sectors too.

As a dynamic team, we blend cutting-edge technology with social impact. And now, we are looking for You to join us!

💡 Your Mission: Build voize's US market from the ground up

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager – U.S, you own and build voize's marketing for the US market - for the long run. You'll turn US interest into pipeline and customers, build credibility with a market that's wary of over-promised "AI", and build up US marketing from scratch: narrative, content, and sales enablement where none exists today. Our first US customer and six years of DACH proof are your starting line - your mission is to grow this into a self-standing US engine.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
  • Drive US GTM. Own the go-to-market motion for the US audience end-to-end: positioning, narrative, launches, and the campaigns and assets that turn US interest into pipeline and customers. Pick the plays that move the business and measure what changed.

  • Shape trust in the market. Build voize's credibility with a skeptical US senior-care buyer over time - the proof stack, references, case studies, and clinical evidence that make a German story land in the US and compound into durable brand trust.

  • Build US marketing from scratch. Stand up the function: messaging for the US audience, content, sales enablement (decks, battlecards, talk tracks, one-pagers), comms, and media work with support from our German marketing org

  • Be the market's voice internally. Run customer and pilot feedback loops back into Product and leadership; become voize's internal source of truth on the US buyer.

  • Reframe, don't transplant. Translate DACH value (quality & transparency) into the US value story (reimbursement capture, survey/audit-risk reduction, staffing relief), and own the judgment of what carries over and what doesn't.

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years in (Product) Marketing in B2B SaaS You can take a technical capability and make it simply explainable.

  • Commercial instinct: You think in pipeline and ROI and understand how deals are won and lost, not just open rates.

  • US market understanding: Ideally worked in regulated industries like healthcare. You know how to translate and do not just transplant.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator: especially with Sales; sets messaging standards without burning bridges.

  • A first-in-market or 0→1 builder: you've built marketing for a company or market from near-zero, prioritize hard, and are AI-native in how you work.

  • AI-native: you already run parts of the job with AI; your knowledge and skills run deep.

  • Native-level command of US English: you write crisp, credible copy for a US clinical buyer.

  • You are ideally Berlin based, and open to travel occasionally to the US.

🌱 Growing together - what you can expect at voize
  • We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people

  • We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events, whether you work from our Berlin office or remotely across Germany

  • Become a co-creator of our success with stock options

  • Generous perks: 30 vacation days plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible, plus free language courses

  • You decide when you work best, that means flexible working hours and a good hybrid set-up.

We look forward to your application and can’t wait to meet you - no matter who you are or what background you have!
