Our mission is to provide innovative services critical to society, unlocking a cleaner, better and more profitable future. Working towards this goal, Volue has become a leading technology supplier and enabler of the green transition, helping energy companies simplify and optimize everyday operations.

Volue’s Commercial Operations business covers our product portfolio within energy trading and asset optimization, providing software that traders, asset owners, and utilities use to optimize their assets and participate in European power markets.

It is one of our fastest-growing areas, driven by the rapid battery buildout, new entrants into energy markets, and expansion beyond our traditional core markets.

We are now looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we bring this portfolio to market, serving customers ranging from first-time traders to some of Europe’s largest utilities and asset owners.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

You will own product marketing for Volue’s Commercial Operations portfolio and turn market, customer, and product insights into compelling stories that resonate with different customer segments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning & messaging: Own value propositions, personas, and messaging frameworks across the Commercial Operations portfolio.

  • Go-to-market: Develop segmented GTM strategies for customers ranging from new market entrants and proprietary traders to multinational utilities and asset owners.

  • Launches & demand: Lead product launches and work with Growth Marketing to build an always-on demand engine, continuously testing and improving what converts.

  • Sales enablement: Create high-impact sales materials including pitches, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards based on real customer use cases.

  • Product partnership: Work closely with Product Management to translate complex product capabilities and roadmap developments into clear customer value.

  • Market & competitive intelligence: Build a strong view of European energy markets, customer segments, regulation, regional dynamics, and competitors, bringing insights back into both GTM and product decisions.

  • Customer advocacy: Develop customer references, success stories, thought leadership, and content for campaigns, events, and white papers.

  • AI-enabled marketing: Use AI across research, content development, and competitive monitoring to increase the quality and scale of your work.

  • Performance: Own launch and campaign performance, pipeline influence, and adoption KPIs, using data to continuously reprioritize.

What you need to succeed:

We are looking for an experienced product marketer who combines strong commercial thinking with curiosity and the ability to understand complex products and markets.

You bring:

  • Senior-level experience owning product marketing for a product family or portfolio, ideally within technical B2B software.

  • Experience positioning solutions for specialist audiences such as traders, asset owners, operations teams, or IT leaders.

  • Strong experience with market segmentation, positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement across different customer sizes and buying processes.

  • A commercial and data-driven mindset, with experience owning GTM metrics and using insights to determine priorities.

  • An AI-native approach to marketing, with AI tools already integrated into your daily workflow.

  • A proactive mindset, connecting market insight, Product, Sales, messaging, and demand rather than waiting for requests.

  • Curiosity about European energy markets and the motivation to understand our products and customers in depth.

  • Professional fluency in English.

Experience within energy, power trading, commodities, asset optimization, or industrial software is an advantage.

You will work closely with teams across Volue, including:

  • Product Management: Positioning, use cases, roadmap and customer value.

  • Sales & SDR: Market insight, field feedback and sales enablement.

  • Customer Success: Adoption and expansion.

  • Growth, Brand & Events: Campaigns, content and go-to-market execution.

Reasons to join Volue team and what we offer:

  • Large degree of influence in shaping & developing the role further

  • Great colleagues in one of Europe’s most exciting green tech companies with innovative and international work environment

  • Flexible working hours  & competitive compensation package
