The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will sit on our Agents team and support both the legacy Grammarly business and the nascent Agents business, aiming to make our Superhuman Go AI assistant the best AI tool for reading and writing across your workflow. This role will be paired with product partners in the EU and will be a full-stack PMM role, influencing product strategy all the way through launch management and in-market execution.

In an era of information overload, professionals, students, and researchers spend countless hours navigating dense documents, articles, and reports just to extract key insights — and then even more time rewriting their own work to make sure it lands the way they intend.

Superhuman Go is a new AI Assistant that is being built to help knowledge workers and students work more effectively across their web and desktop, without having to reinvent the wheel. As an assistant that builds off of Grammarly’s legacy strengths as a real-time proofreader that works everywhere, Go is being developed to specifically help users read, write, and revise more seamlessly in an era of too many tools and disconnected AI systems. As Senior PMM on the Agents team, you’ll be the strategic marketing lead for reading and writing agents that sit on the Go platform, while ensuring that the millions of users who use Grammarly each day see value in adopting Go over time.

This is a rare opportunity to influence a nascent AI product and lead the go-to-market for exciting new features that will reach millions of users.

About the Role

You’ll be a full-stack PMM embedded within Superhuman’s Agents team, owning the reading and writing assistance product lines end-to-end. That means working upstream — influencing product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature development — and downstream, owning messaging, positioning, and GTM execution for launches.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Own market research and competitive analysis for Go’s reading and writing assistance capabilities.

  • Translate market signals into clear strategic recommendations that influence product roadmap decisions.

  • Identify whitespace in the market and partner with product leadership to define where Go can win sustainably.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and own the positioning and messaging architecture for Go for Writing and Reading Assistance, spanning audience segments from knowledge workers and students to enterprise customers.

  • Ensure messaging consistency across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through activation and long-term retention.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for reading and writing assistance feature launches — from experiment to beta to GA — coordinating across product, growth, content, and marketing channel teams.

  • Define launch tiers, success metrics, and activation strategies that drive measurable impact on user adoption, retention, and conversion.

  • Partner with content, design, and growth teams to develop compelling assets, in-product messaging, and education flows that meet users in the moment they need Go most.

  • Own launch retrospectives, capturing learnings that feed back into future positioning and product direction.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Agility

  • Serve as a key PMM voice on the Agents product team, contributing to product reviews, roadmap planning, and launch readiness ceremonies, flexing beyond just reading and writing features when necessary.

  • Evangelize customer and market insights within the product organization, ensuring the voice of the user — and the dynamics of the competitive landscape — are present in roadmap decisions.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years as a senior full-stack IC.

  • Demonstrated strength in positioning and messaging — you’ve built messaging frameworks from scratch, tested them with users, and sharpened them under competitive pressure.

  • Experience conducting market analysis that has meaningfully shaped product roadmap decisions, not just informed marketing campaigns.

  • Proven GTM strategy and execution across multiple product launches — you’ve defined metrics, led cross-functional coordination and internal feature enablement, and owned results through launch and beyond.

  • Expertise and interest in reaching diverse customer segments, from self-serve students to knowledge workers to enterprise.

  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how users actually interact with AI-native tools. You closely follow the space, have strong opinions about where it’s headed, and can translate that knowledge into strategic product marketing direction.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for action. The AI agents space is moving fast; you don’t wait for perfect information to form a point of view, and you’re not confined to only working in your lane.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you build trust with product managers, engineers, and go-to-market partners through clear thinking and reliable execution.

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
