We are looking for a dedicated Senior Product Manager to join our team in Armenia!

About the role:

We are seeking a commercially-minded Senior Product Manager to help drive the evolution of one of our products at PartnerMatrix. You will take ownership of day-to-day execution and play a key part in shaping its next generation, working closely with senior product leadership.

Partnering with clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering, your mission is to translate strategic direction into action, sharpen the highest-value problems across the affiliate lifecycle, and guide cross-functional teams to ship solutions that move real commercial metrics across tracking, reporting, and partner performance.

This is a build-and-evolve role on a mature, in-market product with a demanding modernization agenda, not a greenfield experiment. You will hold a high bar on data integrity across the platform.

What you'll get to do:

  • Drive day-to-day product execution against a clear roadmap, grounded in deep understanding of our clients, their partners, and the commercial models that connect them.

  • Own the modernization of a live, in-market platform serving real clients, balancing innovation against stability and zero-disruption delivery.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to ship capabilities where every feature earns its place.

  • Bring intelligence and automation into the product, not as a buzzword but as a practical capability that reduces manual work and helps clients make better decisions faster.

  • Partner closely with senior product leadership to refine direction, surface evidence from the field, and shape how the roadmap evolves over time.

  • Act as a trusted partner for clients and internal teams, helping them adopt new capabilities and extract maximum value.

  • Monitor usage and performance, and drive continuous improvement through rapid iteration and disciplined experimentation.

  • Stay ahead of trends in partner and performance management, tracking, commercial modelling, and applied AI.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fast-moving, data-heavy products.

  • iGaming, affiliate, ad-tech, or performance-marketing experience is a strong plus and will let you hit the ground running.

  • A genuine working fluency with AI tools. You use them as part of how you think, prototype, and ship. We want someone for whom AI is an everyday instrument, not a novelty.

  • Strong product discovery skills, with a proven habit of validating opportunities before scaling solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally including modernization or platform-evolution work on a live product.

  • Solid understanding of commercial models, lifecycle mechanics, performance tracking, and operational workflows in a partner ecosystem.

  • A data-driven mindset with an obsession for data accuracy and measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, with strong product storytelling.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, able to bring strong opinions and evidence to the table while operating within an established product direction.

Here's what we offer:

  • Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.

  • Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment.

  • Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.

  • Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.

  • Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.

  • Private Medical Subscription.

  • Gym allowance.

  • Team-building activities in various locations.
