Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You are a skilled Senior Product Manager who has a passion for products, proven experience integrating AI into products with measurable impact, and an ability to define strategy and communicate a compelling product vision. Playing a key role in our dynamic Product Development team with support from our group-wide product function and reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead the strategic product roadmap and deliver exciting and engaging AI-powered solutions for our hospitality customers.

You will have previous operational experience of the Hospitality sector, either working for an operator or for a supplier, providing solutions to hospitality operators.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional and remote teams including Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support and Customer Success, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business goals and user needs. You'll have a natural growth mindset, AI-first thinking balanced with pragmatic delivery, and drive to achieve great outcomes for our Hospitality customers and the Access business.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Shape the future of hospitality technology by crafting and driving an AI-first product vision that transforms how hospitality businesses operate and solves real problems

• Champion seamless integration across our ecosystem—from EPOS (electronic point of sale) to reservations—creating unified experiences that wow customers whilst owning the commercial story to prove ROI (return on investment)

• Become a hospitality expert by mastering the operational challenges that keep restaurant and hotel managers up at night, using AI to decode market trends and customer feedback at scale

• Rally cross-functional teams by turning complex AI concepts into clear business wins for everyone from floor managers to the C-suite, meeting customers at industry events and bringing innovations to life in real venues

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• SaaS (Software as a Service) product management in agile environments with a proven track record of delivering successful products

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for enhancing product management workflows, integrated with engineering AI best practice and delivering AI-powered features

• Strong commercial understanding with ability to clearly prioritise and articulate ROI to stakeholders and make data-driven investment decisions

• Proven ability to build and lead teams with experience developing high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
