We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You'll work with the technical and product teams to continue innovating our existing products as well as manage the process for assessing the commercial and technical impact of creating new features and products.
What we want in your first 12 months at Ohme
- Create best-in-class products & experiences: Develop customer experiences across both our B2C and B2B facing products that delight customers and drive business impact.
- Create and drive the product roadmap, presenting to senior leadership. Lead product discovery, ensuring we focus on the most valuable opportunities for our customers and business.
- Define success metrics and ensure we learn and adapt through experimentation and iteration.
- Integrate AI-first thinking into product strategy and design, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user experience.
- Build a robust process: Manage stakeholders across the business, as well as third parties to understand their requirements and assess these needs against the current roadmap.
- Challenge the norm: Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new processes to maximise team productivity. Play a key role in the development of best practices in product design, customer feedback and efficient delivery.
Experiences that are essential
- Likely you'll have 5+ years of Product Manager experience desirable, ideally with a digital consumer business.
- Demonstrate strong capability in managing agile processes, Including owning and running agile ceremonies.
- A proven track record of delivering high quality customer facing products that have had positive commercial and customer impact.
- Data driven with experience in assessing commercial viability of features and products with business stakeholders against technical sizing of features, epics and user stories.
- Can demonstrate excellent communication skills and has an ability to bring people on the journey of product development and new processes.
- Always looking outwardly at new opportunities for the business and ways to get feedback from current or future customers to build on propositions.
- Interest in AI, both through bringing into products and utilising for efficiency to drive outcomes faster.
- Proficient in backlog management and using JIRA.
