Agency drives. AI accelerates.

Most job descriptions are unclear on what they want. We want you to build. We are looking for people with true agency. You do not wait for a manager to give you a task. You find the broken parts and you fix them. You are  AI-native. This does not mean you just know the buzzwords. It means you use AI tools every single day to write code, design interfaces, automate task, or work faster. You use it beyond the typical "write this better for me". You see a future where software acts like a smart agent for the user. If you are done with busy work and ready to ship, you belong here.

Your Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will be the product champion for our most impactful products - CRM & marketing automation-focused. You will balance strategic planning with high-touch customer engagement, ensuring we deepen relationships, and deliver prioritized value for both customers and internal teams.

  • Strong technical literacy.
  • Excellent skills in problem discovery, establishing clarity of intent, and stakeholder management.
  • Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
