🔧 About the RoleWe’re hiring a Product Manager to drive the development of mission-critical backend products across custody, trading, risk management, and blockchain tooling. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to shape product strategy and execute on roadmap delivery.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is comfortable owning technically complex products in a fast-paced, crypto-native environment.
Requirements✅ What You’ll Do
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery across multiple internal and client-facing systems
- Define and prioritize requirements for backend and blockchain infrastructure products
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable technical specs
- Work closely with engineering to scope, plan, and ship high-quality features
- Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with company goals
- Continuously gather feedback from users, partners, and internal teams to refine product direction
- Drive roadmap execution and ensure timely, secure delivery
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and developer-focused products
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity
- Experience with blockchain protocols, DeFi tools, or crypto exchanges is a strong plus
- Proven track record of shipping complex products with small, fast-moving teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async-first work environment
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
