What you will be doing:

Join us in revolutionising how financial institutions detect and manage risks, making the financial world a safer, more transparent place. We’re trusted by over 1,000 companies across the world, from FinTech start ups, to high street banks, to help them identify and manage financial crime risks.

We are looking for someone with a sharp focus on customer experience, robust data and analytical prowess, and a passion for problem-solving. As a Senior Product Manager you thrive on understanding client problems and you are deeply curious. You appreciate the challenges that come with operating in a highly regulated environment across multiple jurisdictions.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Own and evolve our product roadmap and strategy for client-facing applications that proactively detect and surface risk factors, driving innovation from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with talented designers and skilled software engineers in an agile setting to transform customer insights into actionable, impactful features.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from defining the strategic vision and sprint planning to ensuring smooth delivery—ensuring every iteration exceeds customer expectations.
  • Serve as the critical bridge between internal teams (like customer success, support, marketing, and sales) and external clients, translating needs into strategic product outcomes.
  • Define key performance metrics and use data to continuously refine the product, addressing challenges and maximizing opportunities in real time.
  • Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams to ensure all product releases align with overall business priorities and market demands.
  • Advocate for intuitive and empowering user interfaces that enable customers to leverage our data effectively, ensuring the product is competitive and user-centric.

About you:

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven SaaS environment, where you’ve successfully steered innovative products from concept to launch.
  • Possess hands-on experience with data workflows—including working with APIs, data in/out, and integrations. Your proficiency with data visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and SQL empowers you to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Combine exceptional analytical abilities with outstanding English communication skills, enabling you to simplify complex problem statements for diverse audiences and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excel at navigating complex relationships and aligning diverse interests. Your strong stakeholder management skills ensure that you drive collaborative success across multiple teams and business objectives.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale systems that focus on scalability, reliability, and an exceptional user experience. You continuously synthesise feedback to refine data tools and processes.
  • Thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments by balancing multiple priorities with ease. Your proactive, highly motivated nature and pride in your work help foster a collaborative and energetic work culture.

What’s in it for you?

  • Equity participation in our innovative mission to combat financial crime
  • Unlimited Time Off Policy to promote work-life balance and well-being
  • We embrace a hybrid approach that requires employees to be in the office for two days a week. We strongly believe that this approach fosters collaboration and enables the building of meaningful relationships
  • Opportunities for collaboration and career development with smart, like-minded professionals
  • Annual learning budget to support professional growth
  • A home office budget to support working from home
  • Enhanced parental leave and childcare benefits
  • Life insurance and medical coverage through BUPA, including pre-existing conditions
  • Pension contribution through The People's Pension
