Enterprise Product responsible for developing and launching new products. Working closely with partners, customers and various teams across the organisation to bring to market best-in-class products, capabilities, and services to support our global customers.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for product managing our mobile wallet products (ApplePay, GooglePay, AmazonPay and SamsungPay). Mobile wallets are the leading payment method globally and remain among the fastest growing, therefore an essential part of the Worldpay product proposition.  You will be responsible for Mobile Wallets strategy, delivery, partnerships and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

You will:

  • Develop a vision for Mobile Wallets with input from our ‘Pay’ partners, customers, internal stakeholders

  • Maintain advanced knowledge of Mobile Wallet trends across ecommerce and instore and track the competitor landscape.

  • Manage Product relationships with our Pay partners to align on joint initiatives to drive customer growth

  • Support RFPs and Sales enquiries by engaging with Commercial team and top tier customers

  • Troubleshoot product issues that have customer impact and define effective solutions to address them. 

  • Define own or assess others’ business requirements and supporting business cases to build out product propositions, including facilitating make/buy decisions where applicable

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, translating requirements into epics and features

  • Support decision-making and development prioritisation via thorough analysis and recommendations.

  • Work closely with Product (Platforms) and Engineering to deliver products that meet the vision and market needs

  • Lead the development of product marketing, from sales toolkits through to detailed technical documentation

  • Collaborate with Commercialisation and Sales Enablement teams to deliver a go-to-market strategy with clear customer segmentation, targeting and positioning

  • Transfer product expertise/ knowledge across organisation, delivering expert product training and advocacy.

What you bring

  • Good understanding of payment processing and capabilities across online and instore

  • Good understanding of mobile wallets products inc ApplePay, GooglePay and evolving Pays

  • Relationship Management experience with customers and/or partners

  • Project management knowledge with an ability to work cross-functionally

  • Building robust business cases and commercial awareness

  • Proven track record of success in product management, product solutioning, and/or product development/implementation

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex product detail and also aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences
