Senior Product Manager 

Ebury London - 4 days in the office & 1 day working from home 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for Ebury’s product led initiatives across our API domain. You will own all key customer acquisition, engagement, growth and retention metrics across our API funnel. Building market leading user journeys from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Ebury’s product-led API vision, strategy, and roadmap for building specialised communication journeys for Ebury’s global client base working closely with stakeholders.
  • Define and deliver specialised technical API products.
  • You'll identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teams, diving into data, and competitive analysis.
  • You will run initiatives from ideation to delivery and beyond. Working with a development team to ensure requirements are met.
  • You are client obsessed and passionate to meet the needs of clients to grow the business.

Preferred Skills and Background:

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager.
  • Proven experience defining and leading major product led growth initiatives across multiple products and channels.
  • You are a problem solver and an out-of-the-box thinker. You can turn ambiguous problems and big ideas into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance.
  • Highly numerate, can deep dive into the data to draw conclusions and build hypotheses.  BigQuery skills would be a big plus!
  • Impact driven and a consistent history of delivering measurable user or revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of product growth frameworks and strategies. You can not only design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests, but you are also able to articulate an overarching strategy that will consistently drive API.
  • Passion for building products that unlock value - you are as comfortable designing new product features to drive growth.
