The Opportunity Ahead

Senior Product Managers at Workhuman operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer excellence, and tactical execution to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value product functionality to our customers. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product professional with deep expertise in delivering B2B SaaS solutions at scale. They possess a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and how they tie to business objectives. Senior Product Managers also provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members whilst driving innovation within the organization.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will own outcomes for a strategic product domain within the Recognition Experience, helping employees discover meaningful moments of appreciation, creation recognition with less friction, and celebrate in ways that strengthen connection, reinforce company values, and improve program impact.

**This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite in our Dublin HQ office

What We Can Offer You

  • An opportunity to shape a strategic product domain across Recognition and Celebrations, focused on improving the end-to-end employee experience from discovery and creation through celebration and engagement.

  • Own outcome accountability for a high-impact problem space, working across squads and partners rather than being limited to a single delivery team or backlog.

  • Present and maintain a roadmap distilling initiatives down into epic-level increments for aligned delivery team(s), providing lineage and clarity from OKRs down to sprint goals.

  • Build the trust, respect and confidence with the extended technical team in terms of being able to articulate the ‘WHY’ behind the product backlog and showing them the vision.

  • Enable the delivery team during each sprint to be successful. Clarify requirements, make priority calls, review test plans and review development work and participate in scrum rituals.

  • Build modern, intuitive, AI-powered experiences that help people express appreciation more meaningfully and help organizations improve engagement, satisfaction, and recognition quality.

  • Lead discovery, experimentation, and product measurement with real customers and users, translating insight into clear product strategy, priorities, and trade-offs.

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Product peers, Customer Excellence, Product Marketing, and senior leaders to simplify legacy complexity and deliver experiences that can scale across enterprise customers.

  • Operate as a senior individual contributor with meaningful visibility, influencing roadmap direction and mentoring others through strong product judgment, clear communication, and high-quality written thinking.

  • Consistently use operational, competitive and user research data as well as best practices to directly inform strategy and execution of product vision.

  • Support the Director of Product Management and Product Marketing team in incorporating feedback and input from internal and external customers and partners into product strategy.

What You Bring

  • Significant product management experience, typically 7+ years or equivalent, owning user-facing software products at scale in SaaS, employee experience, collaboration, consumer, marketplace, social, or similarly complex product environments.

  • Strong product craft and discovery instincts, with a track record of turning ambiguous human problems into simple, useful, and measurable product experiences.

  • Systems thinking: you can understand legacy complexity, enterprise configuration, edge cases, and dependencies, then shape a simpler path forward without ignoring real customer constraints.

  • Practical experience using qualitative insight, analytics, experimentation, and product instrumentation to guide prioritization, define success, and improve outcomes over time.

  • A strong point of view on how AI-powered capabilities can improve product experiences, paired with judgment about trust, quality, usability, and measurable value.

  • High credibility with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, with the ability to influence without formal authority and align teams around clear trade-offs and decisions.

Your Achievements

Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to:

  • Own a meaningful product area end-to-end, setting direction, defining outcomes, managing trade-offs, and delivering measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, satisfaction, quality, or customer value.

  • Lead discovery and experimentation that challenged assumptions, reduced risk, and clarified which customer or user problems were most worth solving.

  • Deliver intuitive user experiences in a complex product environment, balancing user simplicity with enterprise scale, performance, accessibility, configurability, and operational reality.

  • Influence senior and executive stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams, building trust and alignment around product strategy and execution.
