About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and own Scibids’ SSP integration strategy.. This role sits at the intersection of supply-side infrastructure, AI-powered optimization, and DV’s verification data. You’ll be defining new product categories around dynamic curation with significant room to shape the vision, technical approach, and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic supply-side mechanics, comfort with high ambiguity, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Define and develop new SSP optimization models. Manage development from concept ideation through release, including PRDs, requirements, and UAT.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Understand the SSP curation and supply path optimization landscape monitor competitors, identify gaps where Scibids can innovate, and drive changes needed to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Partnership Liaison: Lead integration partnerships with SSP platforms scoping technical requirements, negotiating data access, and driving joint development timelines. Act as the primary product contact for SSP business development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across the DV organization working with Verification and Measurement product teams to embed quality signals (brand safety, IVT, viewability, attention) into supply-layer optimization, and with Commercial and Product Marketing teams to structure go-to-market releases and create compelling narratives.
  • Metrics & Measurement: Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for SSP optimization performance. Use data to build the business case for scaling across additional SSP partners and use cases.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in ad tech or programmatic platforms.
  • Supply-Side Expertise: Strong understanding of SSP, exchange, and/or curation mechanics e.g. bid requests, Deal IDs, auction dynamics, header bidding, and supply path optimization.
  • Curious & Fast Learner: Able to ramp up quickly on new technical domains and synthesize complex information from engineering, commercial, and client stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to engage with API-level integration design, data pipelines, and technical architecture discussions. Familiarity with programmatic data flows (OpenRTB, log-level data, impression-level signals).
  • Humble & Data-Driven Decision Making: Focused on outcomes over ego. Experience defining and tracking product metrics in data-sparse or early-stage environments.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations. Comfortable navigating cross-functional dependencies across engineering, commercial, product marketing, and operations.
  • Communication & Team Player: Skilled at presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences SSP partners, senior leadership, and clients. Comfortable providing and receiving direct feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience on the supply side of ad tech (SSP, exchange, publisher ad ops, or curation platforms)
  • Exposure to AI/ML-powered optimization or algorithmic bidding products
  • Experience building products in greenfield / 0-to-1 environments
