Purpose of Position

This role defines and leads Awin’s strategy for measuring and attributing emerging consumer purchase paths (LLMs, social, new platforms), representing Awin in senior partner and industry standards forums (e.g. W3C) to shape the future of performance marketing. It combines commercial influence, deep expertise in tracking and attribution systems, and full ownership of a cross-functional product squad to translate market shifts into scalable product capability and revenue impact.

Key Tasks

  • Define the Future of Attribution: Set and execute Awin’s strategy for measuring emerging purchase paths (LLMs, social, new platforms), evolving beyond traditional last-click models.
  • Lead Industry & Partner Influence: Represent Awin in senior partner conversations and standards forums (e.g. W3C), shaping tracking, privacy, and interoperability standards.
  • Own Product Strategy & Delivery: Lead a cross-functional squad from discovery through delivery, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and investment trade-offs.
  • Drive Commercial & Platform Impact: Translate innovation into measurable business outcomes (adoption, partner growth, revenue uplift, attribution accuracy).
  • Elevate Product Standards: Mentor PMs, strengthen experimentation and insight quality, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Data, Legal, and Commercial.

Skills & Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of products and ensure overall success.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics tools for in-depth product performance analysis.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior product managers in their career development.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the product management team.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership aligning with the organization's vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different departments and teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level.
