THE ROLE:

MiQ’s product organisation is on a mission to become the world’s leading programmatic company across the open and closed web and our Marketing Intelligence Hub plays a key role in this. At the intersection of strategy and product management - this role will play a key part in defining how we launch our evolved pre-campaign Intelligence and Audience Management capabilities in 2025  and beyond.

We are looking to hire a Senior Global Product Manager to focus on enhancing our pre-campaign capabilities, currently within the umbrella of our MiQ platform,  reporting into the Pre-campaign Global Product Lead.

The Senior Product Manager will define and co-own the product vision and strategy around MiQ’s audience management and insights strategy. They will be tasked with building on our existing capabilities by identifying the optimal product expansion strategy and development plan across our platform  which supports broader MiQ media and analytics. The Senior PM will also be expected to stay ahead of market competitors, industry changes and highlight areas of risk and opportunity for MiQ’s platform offering.

You will be joining a team of talented product managers with varying degrees of experience as well as development tech leads and data science tech leads, who have already built the foundation of MiQ’s pre-campaign capabilities.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Deliver on our Roadmap

  • An expert with agile practices and the end-to-end design, develop, deploy cycle of product management
  • co-lead the scoping, planning, and prototyping of our audience management and insights capability

Measuring and reporting on success

  • Define, collect and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product while monitoring key adoption and retention metrics
  • using these insights to inform product delivery

Strategy & Vision

  • Co-drive and shape our audience management product vision, through a strong understanding of upcoming marketplace changes, and collaborating with the other senior product manager and the wider central product team

Followership

  • Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders, departments, partners and stakeholders will help you get traction and continue to drive product success at scale

Lead & Guide

  • Opportunity to manage a team of junior product managers
  • Leading growth and development while sustaining a culture of healthy debate within your team as well as across key stakeholders in the business
  • Ensuring the squad understands their product objectives and what success looks like for their product and roles

Innovation

  • Lean into emerging technologies and industry changes, in collaboration with product leads to elevate the future-proofing components of the product

Human centred design

  • Ensure an inclusive, high quality design culture is maintained in your product development by collaborating closely with the design team to deliver excellent user experience.


YOUR EXPERIENCE: 

  • Ideally 3+ years of advertising technology experience preferably an Agency, brand, or buy-side experience, with product management experience
  • In depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape, the data and technology that underpins it
  • Experience working with and driving relationships with global commercial markets
  • A fail fast and learn mentality in experimenting with new concepts and industry opportunities
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values
  • A proactive and determined attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm, in order to get the job done
  • An ambitious individual, looking to progress in their career
