Report to the Director of Product Management

Products: Constructor Platform

The type of contract is a full-time legal agreement, not a B2B contract.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research to identify industry trends, new product opportunities, and advancements in Education and Research technology field
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including cloud platforms, AI-based tools, LLM and RAG technologies, to inform product strategy
  • Analyze product performance data, organize CUSTDEV interviews, identify areas for product roadmap improvement 
  • Communicate product insights, data-driven recommendations, and strategic directions to stakeholders and the leadership team
  • Collaborate with the development team to prioritize new features and functionalities
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring product positioning is well articulated and well understood by all stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in physics, maths, or engineering specialities 
  • 7+ years of experience working in software development projects as a product or program manager
  • Strong understanding of any of the following: machine learning, data science, computational research
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant tools including LLMs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working with cross-cultural teams in different regions
  • Background in science, experience in building AI-products, and a strong curiosity about cutting-edge technologies such as LLM, RAG will be a plus
