What You'll Do:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant domain within the personalization platform, aligned with the broader platform strategy.  

  • Identify high-impact opportunities through deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and internal business priorities.  

  • Define clear success metrics and ensure delivery against measurable business outcomes.  

  • Make thoughtful trade-offs between short-term impact and long-term platform scalability and leverage.  

  • Act as a central point of coordination across Engineering, Data Science, and multiple product teams to deliver cohesive platform capabilities.  

  • Contribute to key decisions on system design, scalability, and intelligent data usage in partnership with technical teams.  

  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, complex problem spaces.  

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and drive alignment to resolve them.  

  • Build strong alignment across teams without direct authority, navigating competing priorities effectively.  

Who You Are:

  • You have strong Product Management experience (typically 6–10+ years), with a track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products.  

  • You have experience working on data-intensive products, ideally in data platforms, AI/ML, or ad tech environments.  

  • You are comfortable owning a product area end-to-end while contributing to a broader platform vision.  

  • You combine strong business acumen with solid technical depth, enabling effective collaboration with Engineering and Data Science on complex systems.  

  • You are highly analytical and experienced in defining and using metrics to drive product decisions.  

  • You thrive in ambiguity and are able to bring clarity and direction in fast-moving environments.  

  • You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect long-term vision with near-term execution.  

  • You take a pragmatic, outcome-oriented approach and consistently focus on delivering impact.  

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

  • You are fluent in English and comfortable working with international teams across Europe and the US.
