About the Opportunity ✍️

We’re looking for a product manager with 6+ years of experience to join the Payments team within MoonPay’s Platform group. You’ll work with a talented team of PMs that build the shared foundation for MoonPay’s portfolio of products (Ramps, Checkout & more). You’ll enhance the experience MoonPay’s customers have converting fiat to crypto (or vice versa) across an expanding set of countries, payment methods and currencies.

What you will do…

• Market Research: Identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay informed about local markets & industry trends.
• Product Strategy: Define product strategies and milestones to deliver value to users effectively and consistently
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Metrics and Analysis: Define KPIs and analyze product & payments performance using data

About You 🙋

You’re a Product Manager that knows how to drive meaningful outcomes. You’re comfortable utilizing data and separating signals from the noise. Launching products is a collaborative & cross-functional effort so you’re adept at communicating with different stakeholders and understanding their needs. You know how to bring structure and focus to teams.

You have a track record of launching successful products or features in payments, fintech or adjacent highly regulated industries such as crypto or lending. You may not be a crypto native (no crypto experience is necessary), but you’re familiar with payment lifecycles, the different parties in payments (acquirers, banks, etc.) and capable of reading a flow of funds document.
