The Online Stores team at Squarespace builds the core services, products, and frameworks that power a seamless selling experience for our customers. This team is responsible for key sales functionalities such as proposals, deposits, and contracts, as well as intuitive user experiences that streamline payment collection, invoicing, and product merchandising.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on optimizing seller setup and helping businesses grow more efficiently. Your work will directly impact how sellers onboard, engage with customers, and scale their operations on Squarespace.

This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site. You will report to a Product Director.

You'll Get To...

  • Launch experiments to continuously improve our sellers setup and getting started experience
  • Create and prioritize a roadmap rooted in data, informed by multiple sources and justified by return on investment
  • Guide product development—from conception to launch—with consideration for your specific team, adjacent teams, and the broader SQSP ecosystem
  • Be a single mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, and product analytics
  • Partner with marketing to launch new products, with customer operations to develop excellent support for merchants, and with analytics to monitor engagement and evaluate product success
  • Work with other PMs and data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions
  • Set OKRs for your teams with your engineering and design counterparts and contribute to the process of setting broader group goals
  • Influence and inform team/group strategy through passionate and well-reasoned presentation of ideas

Who We're Looking For

  • 6-10 years of product management experience, managing software products from creation through launch and iteration
  • A nuanced understanding of the methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, and user segmentation including A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals and outstanding user experiences
  • Experience working with large data systems and managing technical updates
