Job Description

Northern Data Group are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and success of our transformative products. 

You will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands and drive business growth. This is a pivotal role that requires a combination of strategic vision, technical knowledge, and customer focus. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with company goals and market trends. 

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities. 

  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create and deliver innovative products. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and leadership, ensuring alignment on product objectives. 

  • Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including updates and end-of-life planning. 

  • Customer Focus: Gather and prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve product features and usability. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics for success, track performance, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. 

  • Go-to-Market Planning: Work with marketing and sales teams to create and execute product launch plans, ensuring adoption and success. 

  • Budget Management: Manage product budgets, ensuring cost-effective development and delivery. 

 

YOUR REQUIREMENTS  

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the tech, cloud computing, or data center industries. 

  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. 

  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of technical concepts related to cloud computing, data centers, or similar technologies. 

  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to drive product delivery. 

  • Collaborative: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
