Senior Product Manager - Integration tools
We are looking for a Senior product Manager to drive innovation in our Developer Experience team. This role is pivotal in enhancing how developers from our customers and partners integrate with Adyen, using automation, self-service tools, and scalable solutions to create a seamless experience. This senior role is essential in ensuring that our customers’ developers can integrate with Adyen smoothly, optimally, and with minimal errors.
As Adyen scales, your goal is to ensure that integration processes are efficient, standardized, and optimized, reducing operational support and empowering customers to achieve faster time-to-value with minimal overhead.
Who you are:
- Experienced Product Manager: 5+ years of experience conceiving and launching successful, scalable B2B products that deliver measurable value to large enterprise customers
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical acumen with the ability to define problems effectively with technical counterparts while maintaining a high-level perspective to guide strategic decision-making
- Experience with APIs, Webhooks, Development Tooling and Data
- Platforms and infrastructure understanding: industry trends, and how infrastructure drives scalability and performance
- Strategic mindset to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive, valuable user experiences
- Driven by curiosity, always eager to explore how systems work — from platform performance and application architecture to product scalability
- Strong communicator and ambassador, unafraid to challenge the status quo to drive meaningful improvements
- Thrives in a global environment, collaborating across multiple offices and time zones
- Fast learner with a 'launch fast, iterate often' approach, ensuring continuous improvement
- Team-first mentality, valuing collaboration and collective success over individual recognition.
What you'll do:
- Strategy: Lead the end-to-end Developer Experience Suite, focusing on seamless and efficient integrations for our customers and partners
- Developer Tooling & Automation: Create industry-leading developer tools - such as public documentation, automated integration health checks, and monitoring systems that ensure scalability and reduce friction for developers
- Simplify Integrations: Define and streamline optimal initial configurations and integrations for customers, to reduce complexity and support needs. Implement uniform integration setups to simplify configurations and eliminate inconsistent "spaghetti setups" across merchants with similar use cases
- Self-Service: Design integration tools that allow customers to independently identify and resolve issues, reducing reliance on customer support
- Monitoring: Build monitoring and alarming systems to proactively detect and resolve integration issues before merchants need support.Shift accountability for integration health from operational support to technical teams by embedding proactive error detection and KPI monitoring within the product.
