The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager (EMEA) to help drive the next phase of AuditBoard’s growth across Europe. You’ll work closely with regional customers, go-to-market teams, and US-based engineering and design counterparts to shape products that meet the unique regulatory, cultural, and business needs of our EMEA markets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong product intuition, SaaS experience, and a passion for turning complex compliance challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Principal Product Manager, EMEA, to define and execute the regional product strategy and roadmap.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM to bring new capabilities to market that address EMEA-specific regulatory and customer needs.

  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and collect market insights to inform feature prioritization and localization.

  • Lead product lifecycle activities from opportunity exploration to launch — including requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and acceptance testing.

  • Support regional analyst engagements, sales enablement, and customer success initiatives by communicating the product vision and roadmap.

  • Act as a bridge between customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring market relevance, usability, and business impact.

  • Champion continuous improvement and feedback loops across the product development lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or GRC domains (Audit, Risk, Compliance, ESG, or related fields).

  • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS business models and customer-centric product delivery.

  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing).

  • Demonstrated ability to translate market and regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, DORA, UK SOX, ISO, NIS2) into actionable product features.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence across departments and levels.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is highly desirable.

  • Based in the UK or EU, with ability to travel occasionally for customer or team engagements.

Why Join Us

  • Work at the forefront of risk and compliance innovation in a pivotal growth region.

  • Collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team that values transparency, agility, and customer empathy.

  • Shape AuditBoard’s EMEA strategy and see your impact in how global organizations manage risk.

Our Company Values

  • Customer obsession: Apply relentless focus on listening to and understanding customers as the core of everything we do

  • Win, together: Drive to be the best while supporting each other’s success

  • Gritty resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing immediate priorities with big-picture strategic goals

  • Personal improvement: Stay eager to share insights, seek feedback, and continuously learn

  • Constant innovation: Challenge the status quo and drive improvements

Perks*

  • Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America!

  • Live your best life (LYBL)! $200/mo for anything that enhances your life

  • Remote and hybrid work options, plus lunch in the Cerritos office

  • Comprehensive employee health coverage (all locations)

  • 401K with match (US) or pension with match (UK)

  • Competitive compensation & bonus program

  • Flexible Vacation (US exempt & CA) or 25 days (UK)

  • Time off for your birthday & volunteering

  • Employee resource groups
