Stenn is one of the leading FinTechs in Europe and a category leader in the verticals and markets it operates in. Founded in 2015, Stenn’s purpose is to connect international SMEs to the global financial system, helping to bridge a reported $3.6 trillion (USD) financing gap through a fast, simple online platform. To date, Stenn has enabled over $18 billion (USD) of finance to SMEs in 3 verticals and 4 markets, with capital provided by several blue-chip banks and institutional fund managers across the globe.

Rapid expansion continues at Stenn, as under-served SMEs seek financing solutions to manage significant macroeconomic and supply chain disruption; and this follows our $50 million Series A fundraise in 2022, valuing Stenn at $900 million.

Our HQ is in London with employees across the globe, including the USA, Europe and China. We are made up of diverse, highly skilled professionals who work in an innovative way to develop and drive our business further. Our people are empowered to work autonomously through a trusting leadership style which encourages learning.

Stenn are looking for a Senior Product Manager. Could this be you?

The Role:

We’re seeking a driven Senior Product Manager to lead the optimization of the initial onboarding experience for our financing products. Your focus will be on driving customer acquisition, activation, and engagement by delivering a seamless and impactful onboarding experience for new business customers. With your expertise in product-led growth strategies, you'll use data and insights to identify friction points and continuously optimize the onboarding funnel. This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-centric thinker with a passion for enhancing user experiences and a deep understanding of growth levers in the financial services space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the onboarding experience: Develop and deliver a best-in-class onboarding journey for new business customers, driving engagement and conversion from initial sign-up to activation.
  • Growth strategy: Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding, reduce drop-off, and improve activation rates across our financing products.
  • Data-driven decisions: Partner with the Data team to analyze onboarding data, experiment with A/B tests, and use insights to refine the onboarding experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from acquisition through activation.
  • Customer-centric focus: Listen to feedback from customers, internal teams, and partners to uncover onboarding pain points and areas of improvement.
  • Drive growth initiatives: Develop and execute growth-oriented product strategies aimed at increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on growth, user experience, or onboarding in fintech or a similar industry.
  • Proven experience driving growth through optimization of onboarding funnels and user activation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive into data and draw actionable insights to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and performance tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering products that significantly improve customer acquisition and engagement.

We appreciate the support recruitment agencies can provide, however our in-house team do not require any 3rd party assistance at this time.

At Stenn, we believe that every team member deserves to feel like they belong. We foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration where everyone's unique perspectives are valued. Join us and be part of a team where you can thrive and grow, both professionally and personally.
