Curious about what's next?

So are we. Join Compare the Market and help to make financial decision making a breeze for millions.

At Compare the Market, we're a purpose-driven business powered by tech and AI. We're building high-performing, results-driven teams with the skills, mindset and ambition to deliver outcomes at pace. Every role here plays a part in driving our mission forward, and we create an environment where you can bring your authentic self, grow a truly characterful career and see the direct impact of your work on the lives of our customers.

We've carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we're looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. If you love accountability, embrace challenge and want to make a real difference, you'll fit right in.

We’d love you to be part of our journey

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Manager to identify and deliver opportunities that improve our customer experience and drive sustainable growth.

You'll use customer insight, market understanding and experimentation to find where we can create greater value for our customers and the business. You'll shape the direction, bring stakeholders with you and turn growth opportunities into tangible product outcomes across our digital experiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • Shape and own a product strategy and roadmap focused on improving customer experience and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
  • Identify opportunities across the customer journey, using insight, market understanding and performance data to decide where we can have the greatest impact.
  • Lead experimentation across our digital experiences, turning successful tests into scalable product improvements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer behaviour, needs and friction points across web and app experiences.
  • Build clear commercial cases for investment, balancing customer value, growth potential, business priorities and delivery considerations.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial and Marketing teams to turn opportunities into measurable outcomes.
  • Influence senior and opinionated stakeholders, constructively challenging existing thinking and creating alignment around priorities.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through to delivery and optimisation, maintaining focus on outcomes rather than output.
  • Support high standards of product craft through coaching, mentoring and the sharing of best practice.

What we're looking for

  • Strong Senior Product Manager experience within a customer-led, digital product or growth environment.
  • A track record of improving customer journeys and delivering measurable commercial or growth outcomes.
  • Strong customer experience expertise, ideally across web, app or other high-volume digital journeys.
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of how product decisions affect growth, customer value and overall business performance.
  • Experience using experimentation, customer insight and product data to identify opportunities and inform prioritisation.
  • The ability to build compelling business cases and make confident trade-offs between customer, commercial and delivery considerations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with commercial and customer-facing teams.
  • The independence and resilience to operate through ambiguity, challenge constructively and establish direction.
  • A hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with the willingness to get close to the customer problem and drive delivery.
  • Experience in FinTech, insurance, marketplaces, digital consumer products or another commercially focused product environment could be valuable, but we're more interested in your ability to create excellent customer experiences that deliver measurable business value.

Why Compare the Market?

We're a business built for pace and performance. Here, you'll be encouraged to think differently, act boldly and deliver brilliantly in a culture that values results and rewards progress.

We believe diverse teams make better decisions, and we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to grow, contribute and thrive.

If you're ready to stretch yourself, raise the bar and grow with a team that's serious about performance, innovation and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
