About the role:We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone with vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that helps change the way we deal with money. You will be able to drive impact and launch products/features across our global footprint. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and prioritization of the advanced trading UX roadmap across web and mobile, delivering specialist trading tools and workflows tailored for professional and power users
  • Champion exceptional UI/UX principles for every product release, ensuring all trading experiences are clear, intuitive, and engaging through meticulous attention to design details
  • Relentlessly gather, interpret, and act on user feedback through studies and direct engagement, enabling rapid, continuous product improvements
  • Optimize user interface and trading workflows to maximize usability, efficiency, and trader satisfaction
  • Take ownership of backlog management, product shipments, ongoing enhancements, and user advocacy by personally using and refining the platform

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years managing fintech, trading, or crypto exchange products with deep understanding of crypto trading mechanics and advanced user workflows
  • Advanced experience in crypto trading, with a solid grasp of technical analysis, market dynamics, and sophisticated trading strategies
  • Proven track record of shipping intuitive, data-driven, and delightful trading interfaces aligned with business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
  • Experience with trading platforms, market microstructure, or exchange matching engines
  • Background in consumer financial products or growth-driven environments
